This stout was first aged for 12 months in 11 year old Elijah Craig barrels from our friends at Heaven Hill Distilleries

Multiple additions of vanilla beans from Madagascar were added to each barrel

three Amontillado barrels

then finished with over 150 lbs of medium roast Peruvian coffee from our friends at Mostra
